• Customizations: Customized or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective, as per our Returns Policy.

• Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or destination factors. We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

• Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.

• Return Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Hot Tub Chemicals (opened or used), opened personal care items, customized products, and items missing safety tags cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Process: Contact us within 15 days using the Return Request Template (see our Shipping & Returns Policy). We will issue a Return Authorization Number, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, depending on the payment method (e.g., 5-10 days for credit cards, 3-5 days for PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. If unavailable, we will discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund at no cost.
