Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- All parts and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hot Tub Chemicals (opened or used)
- Opened personal care items
- Customized or special order products
- Products missing safety tags or seals
Return Process – Step by Step
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
